Manufacturing teams relied on disconnected processes for incident tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. This fragmented approach made it difficult to collaborate across plants, monitor project progress, and reuse proven solutions, resulting in repeated investigations and inconsistent operational practices

RCA, Kaizen, and FI operated in separate processes with limited visibility.

Valuable solutions remained within individual plants instead of being shared organization-wide.
